1. For Customers in the European Union

We respect your right to reconsider your purchase. JetWave offers a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery, during which you may return the product for any reason.
1.2 How to Initiate a Return
To ensure smooth processing, please notify us of your intention to return by emailing support@jetwave.ai within the 14-day window. Our team will assist you through the return steps.
1.3 Return Shipping
Customers are kindly asked to cover the return shipping costs unless the item was delivered in a defective or incorrect condition.
1.4 Product Condition
Returned items should be in unused condition, complete with original packaging, accessories, and documentation. This helps us ensure a fair and efficient return process for everyone.
2. For Customers Outside the European Union
2.1 Final Sales Policy
For customers outside the EU, all sales are generally considered final. However, we remain committed to upholding applicable consumer rights and warranty obligations, and will review any issues related to product defects or delivery errors with care and priority.
3. Custom or Special Orders
Please note that custom-made or personalized JetWave products (such as color-customized units or branded accessories) are non-returnable, unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or damage during transit. We appreciate your understanding in these special cases.
4. General Return Guidelines
- A valid receipt or invoice is required for all returns.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
- Returned products must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
- If you receive an item that is damaged or not functioning properly, please reach out to support@jetwave.ai immediately. We will gladly assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- We value honesty and openness—our team will keep you informed every step of the way.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are kindly responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed defect. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
7. Warranty Support
JetWave proudly offers a 2-year warranty on standard purchases. Additionally, we provide 1 extra year of warranty for all purchases made in 2025, including for our first 100 business clients (e.g., rentals, schools, and training centers).
